### Postgres extension support

### Fixes & improvements

Compute: Added support for [International Components for Unicode (ICU)](https://icu.unicode.org/), which permits defining collation objects that use ICU as the collation provider. For example:

```sql
CREATE COLLATION german (provider = icu, locale = 'de');
```
